Subject	Smoke in engine bay?

Message	I have been lookin through search and can't find any problems like mine do I was wondering if someone could help. After about 5 minutes of driving I get a steady stream of white smoke before firewall an after the plenum and looks like it is under the plenum. I can't really describe the smell but it is liquid because you can something drop and sizzle. Also a lot of the time after shut off it will start gurgling and when it cools down it will stop. I'm at a lose again.
